Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Five9 Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing multiple inbound queues and outbound campaigns
- Driving pacing for outbound to maximize agent productivity and maintain <= 3% abandon rate
- Working with developers on reporting, API integration, 3rd party app integration including Salesforce
Position Requirements Include:
- Five9 Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) web services API
- More than two years of experience in a Five9 Administrator Role
- Configuration, Reporting, and Statistical Web Services API
- Experience with Five9 connectors to provide real time data access during a call
- Knowledge of out of the box reports for Queues, Agents, Interactions, Campaigns, IVR Scripting, and more
