Five9 Contact Center Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and enhancement of an enterprise cloud contact center, the remote contract Five9 Contact Center Engineer will configure and maintain Five9 solutions, integrate with Salesforce, and optimize omnichannel engagement across multiple business-critical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain enterprise Five9 contact center solutions for various digital engagement channels
• Implement and optimize omnichannel interaction routing, including call scripts and IVRs
• Design and support Five9 integrations with Salesforce, focusing on API integrations and workflow automation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and engineering enterprise Five9 environments
• Strong experience configuring omnichannel contact center capabilities, including voice, SMS, email, and web chat
• Experience integrating Five9 with Salesforce and designing interaction flows
• Solid understanding of backend integration patterns, APIs, and contact center platform architecture
• Experience supporting medium to large enterprise contact center environments
