Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Contact Center environment
  • Hands-on experience with Five9 Administrator Console
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Understanding of IVR and basic call flow management
