Fixed Asset Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset subledger to the general ledger
• Record asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and retirements accurately and timely
• Calculate and post monthly depreciation and amortization entries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• 2-5 years of accounting experience, with exposure to fixed assets preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and fixed asset management software preferred
