Fixed Asset Technician

Job Summary

Assisting in tagging assets and managing Workday Fixed Assets data, the part-time Fixed Asset Technician will maintain accurate records, prepare data updates, and assist with inventory audits while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough audit trails of back-up files, logs, and departmental change reports
• Prepare and update data in Workday Fixed Assets, running and evaluating monthly reports
• Tag equipment and gather pertinent information for asset entries into the system

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with data entry and maintaining records
• Basic knowledge of inventories and fixed assets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
