Fixed Assets Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fixed Assets Accountant who will manage complex fixed asset transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process fixed asset acquisitions, capitalizations, adjustments, disposals, and transfers
• Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations and subledger validations
• Support system integration and automation projects involving NetSuite and Blackline

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2-4 years with fixed assets
• Solid understanding of GAAP and fixed asset accounting
• ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite
• Advanced Excel knowledge
