Fixed Assets Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fixed Assets Accounting Consultant, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policy and GAAP
• Oversee work-in-progress assets and coordinate with teams for timely capitalization
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and prepare necessary financial entries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in fixed assets and financial reporting
• Solid US GAAP accounting background
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
