Fixed Income Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting fixed income operations remotely, the full-time Fixed Income Operations Analyst will oversee trade settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliations while contributing to cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee fixed income trade settlement operations, including inquiries, allocations, and fail resolution
• Manage the corporate actions process by conducting research and coordinating with traders on elections
• Reconcile internal records with prime brokers and fund administrators, investigating and resolving discrepancies

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of finance experience in an operations or middle office role at a hedge fund, broker-dealer, or fund administrator
• Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with enterprise-level accounting software and process development
• Experience in automating manual processes, preferably using AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting (preferred)
