Fleet and Real Estate Operations Lead

Job Summary

Managing two enterprise-scale portfolios, the full-time remote Fleet and Real Estate Operations Lead will oversee fleet operations for approximately 500 vehicles and commercial real estate activities across 200 locations, serving as the primary liaison between regional divisions and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including acquisition, maintenance, and compliance, while tracking key metrics
• Oversee commercial real estate activities, including lease administration and site selection, in collaboration with external partners
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations across both portfolios

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of commercial real estate management experience
• Experience working with third-party service providers/vendors
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across a distributed, multi-region portfolio
