Job Summary

Managing the lifecycle of maintenance transactions, the full-time Fleet Client Services Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, document interactions accurately, and coordinate with field operations to ensure timely repairs, all while working remotely within 160 miles of Allentown, PA.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to technician custody
  • Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems
  • Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new IT systems
  • Familiarity with the trucking industry and fleet maintenance is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
