Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fleet Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the fleet of vehicles for special operations
- Design and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency in time and cost
- Develop and execute training programs for new drivers on operational processes and technology use
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in fleet coordination, route planning, or transportation team management, preferably in logistics or last-mile delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Experience with Looker Studio or similar BI tools for creating visual reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with logistics processes, transportation regulations, and best practices
- Availability to work under a 4x1 model in San Martin
