Job Summary
To support a growing fleet maintenance program, the full-time Fleet Maintenance Specialist will manage repair-related rental programs, review completed repairs for compliance, and reconcile invoices while ensuring effective communication with customers and vendors in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing repair-related rental programs by collaborating with vendors and clients to validate rental requests and troubleshoot vehicle availability issues
- Reviewing and monitoring third-party workflows for repair orders, managing escalations, and resolving workflow issues
- Auditing completed repairs to confirm compliance with authorized work and manufacturer recommendations, documenting findings for reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in fleet services, automotive service management, warranty administration, or vendor management
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analytics tools and workflow/project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and invoices effectively
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical details to non-technical customers
- Familiarity with fleet maintenance or telematics platforms and experience with electric vehicles is a plus
