Fleet Management Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the company's fleet program, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal
• Develop and implement fleet policies to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve sustainability and reduce carbon footprint

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in fleet management or related operations areas (6 years with a Master's)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other relevant regulations
