Fleet Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet/Field Manager to lead a team of technicians and oversee fleet service programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technician hiring, training, performance management, and maintenance programs
• Review status reports on fleet operations and ensure maintenance-related data is accurately recorded
• Analyze service issues and implement solutions to improve fleet maintenance performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience leading Fleet Maintenance teams
• 7+ years' experience in fleet maintenance and repair as a heavy-duty technician
• High School diploma required
• Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and industry regulations (e.g., EPA, DOT, OSHA)
• Proficiency with computers, including Google Docs and Fleet System software
