Fleet Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Coordinator/Manager to oversee U.S. Fleet Operations and support field-based employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for fleet-related inquiries and resolve driver concerns
• Monitor vehicle inventory and manage the onboarding and offboarding process
• Maintain accurate fleet records and contribute to monthly fleet reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, operations coordination, or a related role
• Experience working with field-based employees is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with vendor collaboration and fleet operations
