Job Summary
Proactive and customer-focused, the fully remote Fleet Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for larger strategic customers, ensuring effective account-level communication, escalation management, and operational visibility while leveraging fleet monitoring tools and data analytics to enhance fleet performance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage account-level communication and operational visibility for strategic customers
- Translate technical information and analytics into actionable insights for diverse customer stakeholders
- Utilize fleet monitoring tools to identify maintenance opportunities and enhance fleet performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Working knowledge of utility-scale system-level concepts, terminology, and operating states
- Experience interpreting high-level alarms, alerts, and fleet health indicators
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in translating technical, operational, and analytical information for diverse audiences
