Job Summary
Supporting and optimizing nationwide fleet compliance operations, the full-time Fleet Operations Analyst will research and maintain a comprehensive database of municipal traffic citation rules and Transfer of Liability (TOL) requirements while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Research and maintain an internal database of municipal traffic citation requirements and TOL processes across the United States
- Analyze citation workflows to identify operational trends and recommend process optimizations
- Serve as the primary liaison with citation data providers and vendors, coordinating requests and evaluating performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, traffic citation management, or similar environments
- Proven experience in building and managing large operational databases
- Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating manual workflows for automation opportunities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data management platforms
