Fleet Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to support the strategic and operational effectiveness of its national fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the fleet asset lifecycle for all vehicles and equipment, ensuring accuracy across systems
• Oversee fleet documentation management and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other regulations
• Coordinate maintenance and service activities, partnering with maintenance providers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, asset management, or a related role
• Working knowledge of fleet management systems or asset tracking platforms preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Business acumen and financial literacy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
