Fleet Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Operations Manager (Individual Contributor).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet asset lifecycle for all vehicles and equipment, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Ensure integrity and usability of fleet data across reports and systems
• Oversee compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other regulations while coordinating maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or asset management
• Working knowledge of fleet management systems and asset tracking platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Business acumen and financial literacy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
