Fleet Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Operations Specialist to manage 3PL deliveries and optimize fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage 3PL routes, monitoring progress and communicating with fleet drivers and showroom staff
• Leverage fleet management software and tools to optimize scheduling and route planning
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain fleet vehicles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or project management, or equivalent degree
• Proficiency in CRM and Order Management systems
• Experience in the interior design or luxury home furnishings industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Must demonstrate professionalism and maturity in judgment
