Job Summary

Leading fleet planning and optimization for global hardware infrastructure, the full-time remote Fleet Planner will manage the multi-year fleet refresh plan, collaborate across teams to align strategies with business priorities, and drive continuous optimization of hardware assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi-year fleet refresh plan, translating engineering roadmaps into long-term strategies
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align fleet strategy with business objectives
• Conduct data-driven analyses to optimize efficiency and scalability of infrastructure performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capacity planning for data center or cloud platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with skills in SQL and Python preferred
• Strong understanding of the internet or telecom ecosystem
• Experience in Technical Program Management is preferred
• A degree in a quantitative field or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus
