Job Summary
Leading fleet planning and optimization for global hardware infrastructure, the full-time remote Fleet Planner will manage the multi-year fleet refresh plan, collaborate across teams to align strategies with business priorities, and drive continuous optimization of hardware assets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the multi-year fleet refresh plan, translating engineering roadmaps into long-term strategies
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align fleet strategy with business objectives
- Conduct data-driven analyses to optimize efficiency and scalability of infrastructure performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in capacity planning for data center or cloud platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with skills in SQL and Python preferred
- Strong understanding of the internet or telecom ecosystem
- Experience in Technical Program Management is preferred
- A degree in a quantitative field or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus
