Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Fleet & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collision review and root cause analysis, ensuring timely vehicle repairs or processing
• Develop and implement driver safety training programs and establish a driver safety culture
• Analyze telematics data and manage fleet and safety analyst projects to improve driver safety

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of fleet driver safety experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with collision management and reading motor vehicle records
• Knowledge of insurance, risk management, and policy development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data formulas and pivot tables
