Fleet Service Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Service Coordinator II Wednesday-Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to technician custody
• Document customer interactions accurately in all FSCA systems
• Provide excellent customer service and schedule preventative maintenance for customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education/experience
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry with the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
