Fleet Service Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Service Coordinator II to support its growth in fleet maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance transaction lifecycle from origination to customer technician custody
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs, collaborating with Field Operations for technician assignments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience in fleet maintenance is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new IT systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
