Job Summary
To support the growth of the company, the full-time Fleet Service Coordinator II will manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions, ensure timely documentation in systems, and provide excellent customer service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to technician custody
- Document customer interactions accurately in all Cox Fleet systems
- Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance and repairs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong Excel and data entry skills, with the ability to learn new platforms
- Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience with fleet maintenance is preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
