Fleet Services Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Fleet Services Billing Specialist will assist with the billing process, manage maintenance transaction lifecycles, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely documentation in company systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the billing process and manage maintenance transactions from origination to technician custody
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive rapport with internal and external customers
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations to ensure optimal technician assignment

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new IT systems
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience in fleet maintenance is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
