Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Client Services Specialist II to manage fleet maintenance transactions and provide customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to technician custody
• Document customer interactions accurately in FSCA systems and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs, ensuring a consistent workflow for technicians

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience in fleet maintenance is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new IT systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
