Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fleet Client Services Specialist II to manage fleet maintenance transactions and provide customer service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to technician custody
- Document customer interactions accurately in FSCA systems and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs, ensuring a consistent workflow for technicians
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience in fleet maintenance is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new IT systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
