Fleet Services Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Client Services Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance transactions from origination to technician custody
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry or fleet maintenance experience
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
