Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Client Services Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance transaction lifecycle from initiation to repair technician custody
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactively schedule maintenance and repairs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry; ability to learn new IT systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
