Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Client Services Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to technician custody
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in systems
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry; ability to learn new IT systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
