Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fleet Client Services Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in all systems
- Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry; ability to learn new IT systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
