Job Summary
To support the growth of the company, the full-time Fleet Services Lead Coordinator will manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and coordinate with Field Operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to technician custody
- Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems
- Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry; familiarity with fleet maintenance systems is a plus
- Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
