Job Summary
To support fleet operations, the full-time Fleet Specialty Administrator will manage legal and CSA cases, handle inbound and outbound calls, and maintain documentation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Open legal and CSA cases while indexing documents and managing the Fleet call docket
- Obtain and input information from courts or attorneys regarding traffic citations
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with fleet members
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center setting
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Familiarity with legal terminology and 10-key operations
- Proficient in using a computer and the internet
