Job Summary

To support fleet operations, the full-time Fleet Specialty Administrator will manage legal and CSA cases, handle inbound and outbound calls, and maintain documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Open legal and CSA cases while indexing documents and managing the Fleet call docket
  • Obtain and input information from courts or attorneys regarding traffic citations
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with fleet members
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center setting
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and 10-key operations
  • Proficient in using a computer and the internet
