Job Summary

To support fleet operations, the full-time Fleet Specialty Administrator will manage legal and CSA case openings, handle inbound and outbound calls for fleet members, and maintain accurate documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Open legal and CSA cases while indexing documents for fleet memberships
  • Provide customer service through effective communication with associates and members via phone
  • Input case-related information from courts and attorneys into the computer system
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center setting
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and 10-key operations
  • Proficient in operating a computer and using the internet
