Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing fleet operations remotely, the full-time Fleet Supervisor will oversee the acquisition, servicing, maintenance, and disposal of company equipment assets while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operating expense and capital budgets to achieve cost-per-mile and utilization targets
• Collaborate with departments to align fleet execution with business objectives and address service delivery issues
• Monitor fleet asset performance and vendor performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• College degree or 5 years of relevant business experience
• Three years of Fleet Management or industry experience supervising a medium-sized fleet organization
• Demonstrated experience with vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and regulations effectively
