Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time hourly Fleet Traffic Control Specialist will manage fleet maintenance records, process fleet invoices, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures
• Administer daily processing of fleet maintenance records and invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Provide consistent follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues and manage fleet files

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in fleet operations
• High School Diploma is required
• Proficiency in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated fast and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to apply strict confidentiality rules to daily workload
