Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time hourly Fleet Traffic Control Specialist will manage fleet maintenance records, process fleet invoices, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures
- Administer daily processing of fleet maintenance records and invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Provide consistent follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues and manage fleet files
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in fleet operations
- High School Diploma is required
- Proficiency in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated fast and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to apply strict confidentiality rules to daily workload
