Job Summary
Supporting internal staff and clients, the full-time remote Flex Coordinator will manage client setups, serve as a primary contact for inquiries, and oversee healthcare professional onboarding while ensuring data accuracy and effective communication across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for support inquiries, providing assistance to internal teams and clients
- Manage the setup of new clients in the Stogo Admin system, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy
- Oversee the scheduling of healthcare professional orientations and reconcile payroll information prior to submission
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in general office operations, including payroll processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build productive working relationships
