Job Summary
A company is looking for a Flex Growth Account Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within assigned territory
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position expanded product offerings
- Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a track record of meeting sales goals
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and effective closing techniques
- A consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
- A growth mindset, being self-motivated, competitive, and resilient
