Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supports daily activities and deliverables of assigned projects and ensures timely data collection and entry
• Acts as a key communication point between stakeholders to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
• Monitors partner/customer satisfaction and responds to feedback effectively

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance
• Experience in managing multiple demands or changing priorities
• Ability to model and coach on decision-making authority and leadership accountabilities
