Job Summary

Supporting the execution of the MI Health Check program, the full-time FLEX Manager - MI Health Check will review and process appeals, ensure documentation aligns with brand standards, and communicate with stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process MI Health Check appeals for completeness and accuracy in alignment with established criteria
• Serve as a point of contact for appeal-related questions and communicate outcomes professionally
• Identify themes and gaps from appeals to support updates to MI Health Check resources and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret standards accurately
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with standard business tools such as spreadsheets and document review tools
