FLEX Manager, Reservations

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-discipline teams, the full-time FLEX Manager, Reservations will review and approve Room Setup Tools (RSTs), identify process improvements, and provide revenue management expertise to ensure effective execution of Marriott's Sleeping Room Strategy in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve Room Setup Tools for all in-scope hotels to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with vendor partners to develop standardized processes that enhance efficiency
• Identify areas for process improvement and communicate strategies clearly to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field plus 1+ year of relevant experience, or
• High school diploma or GED plus 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong hotel experience with knowledge of Marriott lodging systems and business processes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Ability to effectively persuade and motivate stakeholders to achieve project goals
