FlexeraOne Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the FlexeraOne (FNMS SaaS) platform, the full-time remote FlexeraOne Administrator will monitor platform health, manage integrations, and resolve operational incidents while collaborating with Senior Flexera Administrators and the Software Asset Management (SAM) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily health of the FlexeraOne SaaS environment and manage integrations with ITSM/CMDB platforms
• Investigate and resolve Level 2 incidents related to Flexera agents and inventory scans
• Implement configuration changes and perform user provisioning and access reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years administering FlexeraOne or FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS)
• Strong understanding of FlexeraOne SaaS administration, beacon management, and inventory collection
• Experience with ITSM and CMDB integrations, preferably with ServiceNow
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL (basic queries)
