Job Summary

Flight Dispatcher coordinates trip planning for company aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing logistics, in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain crew schedules and flight assignments in coordination with crew leaders
• Coordinate ground and air transportation and accommodations for aviation personnel
• Ensure submission and organization of over flights, landing permits, and TSA-required waivers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive aviation experience in a comparable role
• Knowledge of Dispatch functions, regulations, and standards
• Familiarity with the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Aptitude for proficiency in software platforms related to job responsibilities
