Flight Dispatcher

Job Summary

Coordinating trip planning needs for company aircraft, the full-time Flight Dispatcher will manage flight scheduling, secure necessary permits, and facilitate communication with flight crews and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain crew schedules and flight assignments in coordination with crew leaders
• Coordinate ground and air transportation, as well as accommodations for aviation personnel
• Monitor trip and flight progress, ensuring all necessary permits and waivers are secured

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive aviation experience in a comparable role
• Knowledge of dispatch functions, including relevant regulations and standards
• Familiarity with the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Analytical skills to make decisions in a dynamic environment
• Aptitude for proficiency in software platforms related to job responsibilities
