Flight Operations Crew Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flight Operations Crew Scheduler to manage crew schedules for commercial drone delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain Pilot-in-Command (PIC) crew schedules in accordance with a preferential bidding system
• Ensure compliance with crew duty rest and duty time requirements while coordinating with various teams
• Work with training and compliance teams to schedule crew for required training events and ensure only qualified crew are assigned to operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aviation operations crew scheduling in Part 135, Part 121, or military equivalent
• One or more years of experience maintaining rosters and resource planning
• Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 135 Crew Rest and Duty time requirements
• Experience with resource management software such as Deputy or ServiceNow
• Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace (gSuite) tools
