Flight Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flight Operations Supervisor who will oversee and execute the day-to-day operations of the flight coordination team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and training a team of flight coordinators to enhance their skills and performance
• Execute scheduling and flight coordination for Part 135 and 91 flights, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer preferences
• Monitor flight schedules, adjust as necessary, and communicate operational issues that may affect flight completion

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience with corporate aircraft operations and FAA regulations CFR 14 FAR 91 and 135
• College degree, preferably in Aviation or Business
• FAA Dispatch Certificate or Pilot Certificate preferred
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred
• Flexible work schedule required to accommodate various shifts
