Flight Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flight Operations Support Specialist to join their global operations team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time flight support, including flight-following and operational monitoring
• Coordinate with pilots, operators, and vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and operational risks to support safe flight execution

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level; C1 or higher preferred)
• Prior airline or aviation operations experience is essential
• Strong understanding of flight-following and time-sensitive decision-making
• High-level attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Advanced computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems
