Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flight Support Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support and handle escalations related to flight operations and booking issues
  • Utilize knowledge of GDS and NDC reservation systems to troubleshoot errors and assist with complex bookings
  • Collaborate with teams and airline partners to develop training initiatives for staff
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in flight operations or airline booking teams, preferably in an OTA or travel management environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Amadeus GDS; familiarity with other GDS platforms is a plus
  • Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules, fare constructions, and industry regulations
  • Knowledge of airline policies on schedule changes and Irregular Operations (IROPS)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts and weekends
