Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flight Support Specialist to join their global operations team in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time flight support, including operational monitoring and live updates
• Coordinate with pilots, operators, and vendors to ensure seamless, on-time operations
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and operational risks to support safe flight execution

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level; C1 or higher preferred) with strong written and spoken communication
• Prior airline or aviation operations experience is essential
• Strong understanding of flight-following and time-sensitive decision-making
• High-level attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure
• Flexible, adaptable mindset with excellent multitasking skills
