Job Summary

A company is looking for a Floating Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various tools
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
• Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA; strong preference for candidates licensed in AZ
• Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with demonstrated clinical outcomes
• Active BCBA certification and ability to pass a background check required
• At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs
